How?: Diet and exercise, of course!
Diet: less bread, more water, less soda, more fruit
* Exercise: walking, running, karate, pilates or yoga

Time to get going. I’ve been meaning to do this for a couple of years now, and though I got within 20 pounds at one point, I felt then it was an insurmountable goal. Little did I know…
